Vermont State Amateur Hockey Association Bylaws

(As amended Feb. 6, 2007)

1. NAME
The organization shall be named Vermont State Amateur Hockey Association, Inc., and hereinafter shall be designated VSAHA.

2.ORGANIZATION

The VSAHA shall be a Vermont nonprofit corporation, operating as provided in its Articles of Association filed with the Vermont Secretary of State, intended to qualify for tax exemption under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) (3) and also intended to be an Affiliate Association of USA Hockey Inc.
