August 25:  Face-Off Meeting, in Waterbury

Meeting called to order @ 7:30 pm.  Executive Board:  VP Cabanaw, VP Barrett, Referee in Chief Collamore, all absent.

President Fritz Langrock:   Asked for motion to approve slate of Executive Board
                                         members running for re-election.  There were no positions contested.

Motion to Approve Slate:  Nate Isham.
Second:  Mickey Murphy.
Unanimous vote to re-elect current Executive Board Members.

UVM and Festival camp info is all on the website.  Festivals went well, with 3 members of the 16's boys selected to National Camp: 
Tom Forgione (at large), Bradley Smelstor, Eric Mack.

Bob Greemore:    Few Ice bills left to pay.  Motion to approve Treasurer's report:  Mickey Murphy.  
                           Second:  Nate Isham.  Approved

Registrar:          Spring teams are forming.  New downloads will be available soon.  Overlap teams during
                         May 1 - August 31, can be registered in either year.

Girls Director Isham:    6 girls headed to National Camp with possibility of more as older goalies being     ranked and competing nationally (not just in N.E.).  U-13 went 3-1 in festival, losing to NH but beating CT!!

Thanks and Kudos to Harwood!!  Excellent job done in hosting Tier I, U-14.

Ace Director Pelkey:    Meeting next week for the all-star coaches and evaluators. 
                                  New video is on the website that is very interesting.

Coaching Director Weston:   Can re-certify on-line (level 3) beginning May 1.  December 31 is still "drop-dead" date for getting certified.
